All returns must be received within 30 DAYS for consideration of refund or exchange.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Product(s) must be in new, unused, resalable condition.
- Packaging must also be in new condition, if not, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
- Return all manuals, warranty cards, included accessories, etc. in new condition.
- Ship all products well-packed (use our original packing materials if possible) and insured. We cannot allow credit for items received from you that have been damaged in shipping due to your packing them poorly.
- If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately, and do not return any damaged item until you have communicated with us.
- Please notify us of your intention to return as soon as possible.

Unless the product was defective or not the one that you ordered, our refund will not include any shipping/handling/insurance charges, and if your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping/handling/insurance cost will be deducted from your refund. Finally, if a free t-shirt, hat or other promotional item was included in your order, but not included in your return, the suggested retail price of the item will be deducted form your refund.
